Three Hawks

The Spices of Life

Three Hawks began as a family and friends cottage industry,

having its beginnings in our love of different cuisines

and the joy of developing and mixing our own blends for those cuisines.

Our first products were home tested, hand blended spice blends

that we had fallen in love with and wished to share.

So, in September 2017 we started selling our original 7 blends

at our local farmer’s market and special events in the Missouri Ozarks.  

The blends expanded into rubs and grew from the original 7 to our current 21 flavors.

In the fall of 2020, we partnered with

the local farmer’s market Produce Lady (Karen’s Good Food)

to extend our selling season into the holidays.

Thus was born The Old Jefferson Kitchen & Gifts Shop in Ellington, MO.

Alongside our spice blends,

we provide home ground mustards, preserved lemons,

marmalades (seasoned with 5 of our blends to showcase their versatility),

and fresh homemade fruit curds.
