3 lb. Hamburger
Onions
28 oz. can whole tomatoes
6 cans kidney beans (we use a mix of light and dark beans)
Chili Powder
Chop enough onions to be equal mass with the hamburger.
Start frying meat – smash down a little bit and let bottom brown. Add a good coating of Chili Powder
(@3 tablespoons). Fold when turning to break up into chunks.
When the meat is almost done add the chopped onions. Stir until the onions are translucent.
Add the beans and whole tomatoes (liquid too).
Bring to a good simmer.
Serve
